• Jack discussed direction and goals associated with committee
• Primary goal should be to accomplish:
• “One Rule – One Interpretation – One Mechanic!”
• Must push to be “RESULTS” based

• How can we get Trainers to each Association
• Look at taking a clinic to each Association

• General Discussion Topics:
• Use of Split Crews – No Rules in preventing this from happening
• 4 man vs. 5 man crews
• Getting Head Coach involved – IDEA-Head Coach must attend official rule meeting with Association OR Pass the certification test.
• How to assure all associations are using the same Mechanic

Assignments:

• Jeff – Develop proposal to address 5 man crews
• Mike – Develop draft to address 45 point rule
• Scott / Mark – Utilization of Website
• Kevin / Clark – Modification on manual
• Keet – Develop Mechanics for 4 & 5 man crews for all kicking situations
• Mark – Recommendation of a standardized OAOA Gold Card
