Bob Hilsenteger

Congratulations to long time Portland area football and basketball official Bob Hilsenteger for being awarded the NFHS Official of the Year Award for Section 8 (Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Idaho, Wyoming and Montana).   Bob, a member of the Portland football and basketball officials associations since 1970, has served as an instructor of officials for the past 29 years. He has held many leadership positions, including president of the Portland Basketball Officials Association and has worked more than 20 OSAA football playoff games, including two state championship finals, and 17 basketball state tournaments.
