The Oregon Athletic Officials Association (OAOA) seeks to advance high school officiating in Oregon by representing the state's officials and associations and promoting:

One Rule, One Mechanic, One Interpretation”

All high school officials and associations are certified and chartered by the Oregon Schools Activities Association (OSAA), an association representing 290 Oregon high schools.
